ND PAPER<02689> - Amendment to Results Announcement (advised by ND PAPER)

The Stock Exchange has received a message from Nine Dragons Paper 
(Holdings) Ltd. (the "Company") which is reproduced as follows:-

"With reference to the results announcement form submitted by the 
Company to the Exchange on 27th March 2006, the item of employee 
benefit expense (note 3 to the account) should be "RMB146,882,000" 
instead of "RMB145,460,000".  The error was caused by manual error in 
typing."
